If I engage The Fuller Foundation to assist me with my planning needs, am I obligated to give a portion of my funds to the Foundation?

No. You can give your funds to whomever you choose. Naturally, we would be grateful if you added The Fuller Foundation to the list of charities you want to support, but we work with you without obligation. The Foundation has helped many of its clients distribute over $94 million to other charities.
