The Fuller Foundation was founded in 1987 and is a 509(a)(1) public charity organized under the laws of the state of California. The Fuller Foundation is affiliated with Fuller Theological Seminary.

From its rather modest beginnings with $4 million of assets under management, the Foundation has grown to approximately $400 million under management with over 450 clients nationwide. To date, it has distributed over $94 million to para-church organizations and other charitable causes.

A 12-member board made up of broadly experienced businesspersons, including the president and chairman of the affiliate and the Executive Director guides the work of the Foundation. Deloitte and Touche, LLC audits the Foundation on an annual basis. Published audits are available upon request.
